When creating our menu, it became a combination of our
cultures. Eileen, from Minnesota, was involved with the
food industry for 29 years before she came to Mazatlan
to follow their dream.
Great service is what Fernando is all about. He has worked
in local Mazatlan restaurants for the past 25 years. Our
staff is the best there is. We share with you our famous
Roasted Tomato Salsa which Fernando made for Eileen at
Pancho's where they met.
When Eileen and Fernando saw the location, which is on
the Historical tour of old Mazatlan, they knew it was
the place for them. They wanted to create a magical, intimate
ambience you will always remember. From the smell of the
flowers when you enter the door to the quiet sitting by
the fireplace in the Wine Bar, to the sound of the water
flowing from the fountain, listening to the birds by day
in the garden, and by evening enjoy the intimate romantic
lighting .
